Boy, did I got annoyed by those flag"help" people at Craigslist after I argued with them over an ad that should not have been removed. I am aware that it is not the people in that forum who flagged it.....but why are they so stuck up to this rotten flagging policy going on there??
If this policy isn't changed anytime soon, I believe Craigslist will experience a downward spiral perhaps quicker than it was able to rise. People with their ads will feel more and more uncomfortable posting, ending up turning their backs at Craigslist. One day there might be just a mere core of regulars that will just be busy flagging one another.
With the current flagging policy, Craigslist is alienating itself from its very purpose: for people to post an ad there....
WHO in the world wants to worry about having his ad removed, unless he's a spammer or in violation the TOU otherwise??
Not me, and I sure turned my back on these schoolmasterly/ -marmish wanna-be judges.
Anyone with similar experiences?

Mostly the ads is being flagged automatically. Those people at craigslist put it in place some systems to kick out spammer and scammer who post ads by the hundreds each day using autopilot software. So if your ads has the same criteria with ads by spammer and scammer tracked by the craighlist 'spider bot' your ads won't get posted. Only by testing you can somehow know what that criteria is. So good luck.

I put "best deal on craigslist" on my title for a civic with 100,000 miles for a cheap price and I got flagged. I also noticed a person giving away free puppies getting flagged on the message board. Maybe wholesale dealers connected to them are afraid of the competition?
