Well experience is already given as I have been doing PPC campaigns, article marketing,e-mail marketing as a freelance for 2 years now,but the fact is companies dont even give you a chance to listen you, they are condemn you unheard, unless you dont have 5-10 years experience.
On the other hand I don't understand those of who has few years experience why they are taking real jobs and labouring working 9-5 they could work from home making nice bucks.

Online affiliates don't even bother to answer here, making visitors to their merchant websites

Focus on presenting the 'result's' you've gotten...

ex:

1) # of page 1 or position 1 positions on Google

2) volume of traffic

3) income generated

4) previously satisfied customers

5) and your unique selling position...what makes you different compared to other 'online marketing managers'? Do you have a special angle? A special story? Stand out, be noticed, be yourself, and learn how to build rapport quickly with a prospective interviewer.

Also don't let them smell desperation or lack of confidence...they can smell that on you like a dog smells fear. Learn how to anchor a very useful/resourceful head space when engaging the interview setting either on the phone or in person.

oh and btw, those with a few years experience may be looking for an offline work setting as they miss the 'team environment'...it certainly shouldn't be from a lack of opportunity online...there is still a ton of it out there. :)

You need to take classes whether online, in college, at a real estate school or with a real estate company. You would be taking Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and an elective which could be real estate accounting, escrow, property management, real estate law, etc. I would also suggest you take an accounting class, time management, marketing, public relations. You would be trained by the book in what real estate is all about, certain laws, land contracts, HOA, developments, etc. Too much to try to explain here but too short in the books. There is no average sale because it is based on what you produce and your commission is usually a standard amount of 3%. Yes, 6% commission is broken down to 3% for buyers side and 3% for sellers side (selling and listing). You get paid when each transaction is closed, you don't get an hourly fee, just commission at the end of each transaction. Depending on how many transactions you do a month would determine how much you will make. It can be a job where there are difficult days just like with any other job. You have to remember this is not an employee/employer situation. You are working for yourself and therefore your success depends on you. *side note- out of your 3% commission comes any desk fees, phone, internet, copier,E & O insurance, company fees, etc.

I seriously doubt there are any full time position for an "online mktg manager" except at the largest internet based companies on the planet - you say you've been doing it for 2 yrs. do you even make $5000 a yr doing it? unless you are making $60-80,000 a yr doing it on your own, working for only 1 client, then you know why no one i hiring - there isn't enough of that kind of work at any one company to justify a full time position

Dear Friend,

If you’re like me you are on complete information overload. With today's technology, there are many ways to market your business. There is something new every day. LinkedIn, Squidoo, Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, Articles, Blogging, Email Marketing, and the list goes on and on.

How do you keep up?

Seems impossible doesn’t it? Well I am happy to say I have found the solution. The company is called '123Employee' and they offer full time and part time dedicated virtual assistants from their U.S. run facilities overseas. You can get full time employees for nearly $5 an hour. Part time packages start as low as $297 per month.

But that’s not all, '123Employee' has pre-trained people for web design and internet marketing. So the things that you may not know how to do like Squidoo Lenses, Blog Posting, Article Writing, etc., they can do it... This equals leads and sales for your business!

Here’s the best part, you don’t pay a penny until you hire your first employee. That’s right, the folks at '123Employee' will not charge you anything until you actually hire someone. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

You can make good money like me with this binary option signal software http://trading-secret.keysolve.net

Binary options trading has always been popular, however, this investment fad globally exploded around 2008. Originally known as digital options, binary or the name "two values" was added to give a simpler explanation for trading options. Binary is defined as two values or up and down movements. Binaries rely on underlying assets or derivatives. You can trade in commodities, the forex (foreign exchange market), commodities as well as stock indices.
