Do Asians buy car differently than Caucasians? (their motivation, purchase behaviour etc.)?

Not to fall into stereotypes, but I believe Asians are looking for reliabilty and fuel efficiency.

I am Asian my self. Most Asian I know drive a Nissan, Honda, or Toyota. I drive a 1999 Honda Accord myself (4 cyl) and my car has not had any mechanical problems. It only goes into the shop for routine maintenance.
